To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all our guests and residents, please take a moment to review the following condo rules.
### 1. **Check-In & Check-Out**
* **Check-in:** From 2:00 PM
* **Check-out:** By 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and approval.
### 2. **Occupancy**
* Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
* Maximum occupancy per unit must not be exceeded, as specified in your booking.
### 3. **Noise & Conduct**
* Please maintain low noise levels, especially between **10:00 PM and 7:00 AM**.
* Parties and loud gatherings are **not permitted**.
* Respect the privacy and comfort of neighbors at all times.
### 4. **Visitors**
* Visitors are allowed between **8:00 AM and 10:00 PM**, unless otherwise approved by management.
* Guests are responsible for their visitors’ behavior and adherence to the condo rules.
### 5. **Cleanliness & Care**
* Treat the condo and all furnishings with care.
* Daily cleaning services may be available; however, please maintain basic tidiness.
* Any damage, stains, or missing items must be reported and may be charged to your account.
### 6. **Smoking & Substances**
* Smoking is **strictly prohibited** inside all units. Designated smoking areas are available.
* The use of illegal drugs or substances is **not tolerated** under any circumstances.
### 7. **Pets**
* Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance. Please inquire before booking.
### 8. **Security**
* Always lock doors and windows when leaving the condo.
* Do not share access codes, keycards, or keys with unauthorized persons.
* Report any suspicious activity to management or security immediately.
### 9. **Utilities & Appliances**
* Use water, electricity, and appliances responsibly.
* Please turn off lights, fans, and electronics when not in use.
